Drone threat consultation

Not every event needs full protection. Some only need a good plan. So we start with a conversation and tell you honestly how big the risk is for you.

  • A conversation about the venue, the programme and the guests
  • Where a drone could launch and where a pilot could stand
  • What it could film
  • What security and the organisers should do
  • On call on the day of the event

Best for: Organisers who do not yet know how big the risk is for them.

Monitoring the perimeter and the sky

Security watches the crowd. Nobody usually watches the sky. So we place sensors around the venue and follow whatever flies over it. When a drone appears, the security firm knows at once, not after it has already filmed the stage.

  • We watch the perimeter around the venue
  • We watch the sky with radar, a radio sensor and cameras
  • We show where the pilot is
  • We alert the security firm straight away
  • We record every detection

Best for: Concerts, festivals and stadiums, where security watches the people, not the sky.

What is included

Fast alert

Security gets the alarm at once, on a screen and on a phone.

Plan by role

Everyone knows their task: who goes to the pilot, who closes a zone, who records.

Neutralising

We cut the drone’s link or catch it, so that it returns or lands somewhere safe.

Evidence

A record of the route, the time and the type of drone. Useful to the organiser, the insurer and the police.

Response methods

The choice depends on the venue, the programme and the risk.

MethodHow it worksAdvantageNote
Link cutCuts the radio link between drone and pilot. The drone lands or returns. No falling debris. Acts fast.Stage frequencies (microphones, monitoring, broadcast) are agreed in advance.
Net captureAn interceptor drone or a launched net catches the target. The drone is kept as evidence.Shorter range. Needs a trained operator.
Finding the pilotThe system shows where the pilot is. Security goes to them.Quietest — the audience does not notice.Needs security on site, ready to act.

How it works

Response and neutralisation

  1. 01

    Confirm

The operator checks the target and judges the risk.

  2. 02

    Alert

Security is notified according to the plan.

  3. 03

    Act

The team carries out the plan, quietly and without interrupting the show.

  4. 04

    Review

After the event we look at what happened and improve the plan.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked

Will the show be interrupted?

No. The plan is built so the audience does not notice. The response happens away from the stage.

What if the drone falls on people?

That is why we prefer the lowest-risk methods and plan the zone in advance. Risk to the audience is the first thing we assess.

Who decides to respond?

You and the head of security. The system provides information, and a person makes the decision.
